Customer Review: PERFECT LAPTOP BAG AT THE AIRPORT
This laptop bag is perfect. I bought this last March for my travel to the Philippines from Cleveland. This bag was a real security-friendly at the airport. I didn't take out my laptop from the bag since I didn't put anything in the only-laptop section of the bag. I put all the laptop's accessories in the other half section of the bag. All I did was slid the zipper to spread it like a butterfly then lay the bag flat on the conveyor. The TSA didn't ask me to take the laptop out from Cleveland airport to LAX to HKG then to the Philippines. The section where I slid the zipper to spread the bag like a butterfly had two elastic pocket that held my passport and boarding pass that made it very convenient for me to retrieve those two travelling papers whenever ask by the airport personnel. My 15.4 laptop fitted in this very light bag. It's lighter than my old laptop bag but serve the same bump protection. It had sling so I hang it on my shoulder when my hands were full and it had holder for the trolley when I wanted to put it above my trolley. Worth buying.

I purchased this Case-Logic laptop bag for two Dell computers which I own, 15 and 16" notebook sizes, the product has been great in that it fits both laptops very nicely, very good construction and quality on this laptop bag at an excellent price,I would certainly recommend this product to anyone

Customer Review: It functions, but not well
I thought this product looked cool and the concept is sound enough, however, when it comes to practical use it's no good. For starters, the actual cooling process when the gel becomes a liquid really does occur, it physically gets cooler after heating up. However, if you have a laptop that creates a lot of heat and is larger, the pad becomes a gel very quickly and stops absorbing heat. The creators claim that even after the solid has turned to gel the pad continues to cool, this claim is false. The pad simply heats up and makes the laptop even hotter. If you use your laptop for long periods of time or if it generates a lot of heat, this product is only effective for part of the time and is not for you.

It is so nice having a laptop cooler that doesn't make noise, and that works without being plugged in! I'll never go back to the old kind.
